a strain of bees that originated in Brazil in the 1950s as a cross between an aggressive African bee and a honeybee; retains most of the traits of the African bee; now spread as far north as Texas 1950年代に攻撃的なアフリカのハチとミツバチとの折衷としてブラジルで起こったハチの品種。アフリカのミツバチの大部分の特徴を保持する。現在北はテキサス州に至るまで広く分布している。
